Collected data is used strictly for club administration, membership vetting, dispatching meeting reminders (via Email/SMS), managing election ballots, and facilitating club fellowship.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Access to member records is governed by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies within our secure Supabase PostgreSQL database infrastructure.
